SCHUMACHER ELEVATOR HELD THE FIRST INSTALLATION OF RESIDENTIAL
ELEVATORS INAUGURATION IN QIXIA DISTRICT OF NANJING NAVY RETIRED
CADRES (PURPLE COAST).
September 10, 2017, Schumacher Elevator held the first installation of residential elevators inauguration in Qixia District of Nanjing
Navy retired cadres (purple coast). The leaders attending the inauguration ceremony were: Leader of Qixia District government,
leader of Maqun street, chairman of Schumacher Elevator—Zhongping Huang, general manager – Xiaoxing Lu, company representatives
and representatives of district residents attended the inauguration ceremony.
At the ceremony, the chairman Zhongping Huang on behalf of Schumacher elevator express sincere greetings and warm welcome to all leaders and guest who attended the installation of residential elevators inauguration, expressed heartfelt gratitude to trust and support of  Nanjing (Qixia district) government, and expressed warm congratulations on the successful completion of this project. He stressed that we are greatly honoured to be the first suppliers of residential elevators. The Nanjing Navy retired cadres tailored residential elevators take full account of the characteristics of persons residing within the district. Adopt a more user-friendly design, for example, they are more worried about the noise and safety, the original noise is 65-85 db when the elevator operate, but to the elevator of residents, the company adopted new technology and better material to minimize the noise as much as possible. Noise won’t exceed 55db when the elevator goes up and down, equivalent to the volume of two normal conversations, and only when the elevator is in use it makes the noise. As for everyone worried about the safety of the building after the installation of the elevator, we certificate with the design institute repeatedly, with high multiples of the safety factor of the project construction to ensure the absolute safety of the old building. In terms of energy consumption, we have achieved the highest level of energy conservation in the country A-level.
 
After that, the leader of Maqun Street Qixia District Mr. Hua said excitedly, the completion of the installation of residential elevators has solved the problem of old tenants worry about climbing stairs, especially those who live in a high floor house.
